EASTER REFLECTION

When Jesus came out of the tomb, he saw Mary and said:

Hey, Mary, stop me if you’ve heard this one.

Two thieves were hanging on crosses

Discussing their end and their losses.

I said,  Knock, Knock, Who’s There?

They said, this is the end, don’t you care?

I said, listen to the laughter in the wide open space,

it is the beginning of the triumph of grace.

I tell you it is the truth and not just a rumor,

those who live well, do it with a sense of humor.
